Vietlott Employee Income Reaches New Heights in 2025

The Vietnam Computerized Lottery Company (Vietlott) has reported a remarkable increase in employee earnings for 2025. On average, each employee received an annual income of 547 million VND (≈ USD 21,500), translating to a monthly figure of 45.6 million VND (≈ USD 1,790). This represents a sharp rise compared to the previous year, when the average monthly income stood at 32.1 million VND (≈ USD 1,260).

Salary and Bonus Breakdown

The company’s compensation structure reveals that the bulk of employee earnings came from salaries, which averaged 438 million VND (≈ USD 17,200) per year. In addition, bonuses and other forms of income contributed another 109 million VND (≈ USD 4,280) annually.

Senior executives received significantly higher compensation packages. The Chairman earned a salary of 1.38 billion VND (≈ USD 54,000), supplemented by a bonus of 346 million VND (≈ USD 13,600). Meanwhile, the General Director and deputy directors reported total annual incomes ranging between 1.4 and 1.7 billion VND (≈ USD 55,000–68,000).

Comparison with Other Lottery Companies

Vietlott’s average monthly income of 45.6 million VND (≈ USD 1,790) outpaced other regional lottery companies. Employees of the Ho Chi Minh City Lottery earned 35.7 million VND (≈ USD 1,400) per month, while those at the Binh Duong Lottery averaged 40.5 million VND (≈ USD 1,590).

Strong Business Performance

The company’s financial results underpin these rising incomes. Vietlott recorded revenue of 9,686 billion VND (≈ USD 381 million) in 2025, surpassing its target by 11 percent. Profit after tax reached 354 billion VND (≈ USD 13.9 million), a 25 percent increase compared to the previous year.

Looking ahead, Vietlott has set a revenue goal of 10,000 billion VND (≈ USD 393 million) for 2026, with daily ticket sales expected to average 30 billion VND (≈ USD 1.18 million).

Contributions to the State Budget

The company also plays a significant role in public finance. In 2026, Vietlott anticipates contributing nearly 2,580 billion VND (≈ USD 101 million) to the state budget. Approximately 30 percent of ticket sales revenue is directed to local budgets, including taxes and profits.

Jackpot Payouts

Since its inception in 2016, Vietlott has awarded close to 31,000 billion VND (≈ USD 1.22 billion) in prizes. Of this, 12,100 billion VND (≈ USD 476 million) was distributed to 533 jackpot winners from the Mega 6/45 and Power 6/55 games, underscoring the company’s impact on customers as well as employees.
