Test Drive: 2023 Toyota bZ4X XLE FWD – The Future is Here

Move over gasoline cars, electric vehicles are taking over! We had the opportunity to test drive the 2023 Toyota bZ4X XLE FWD and it did not disappoint. This compact crossover is not just environmentally friendly, it is luxurious and loaded with features.

The Supersonic Red color on our test vehicle turned heads wherever we went. With a battery capacity of 71.0 kWh, we were able to drive 431 miles on a single charge. The EPA-estimate MPGe of 131 city/107 hwy/119 combined is impressive to say the least. The EPA-estimated driving range of 252 miles and the Consumer Guide range estimate of 300 miles (in ideal conditions) are both excellent.

The XLE All Weather Package option on our test car made our driving experience comfortable and enjoyable. With heated seats and mirrors, we were well prepared for anything Mother Nature threw our way.

The 2023 Toyota bZ4X XLE FWD may have a base price of $42,000 (not including $1215 destination charge), but it is worth every penny. Get ready to ditch your gas pump and join the electric vehicle revolution with this impressive car.
