Has the new hybrid work-in-office and work-from-anywhere trend sparked new fashion?

We’ve seen it a lot of time. During the past two to three years, the Covid-19 pandemic forced a lot of us to work from home and many executives actually resorted to wearing formal top and an informal bottom, just to attend the teleconferencing meeting.
I must say that for a lot of us, habits do die hard, and this sort of fashion seemed to have adapted itself when companies have started to call workers back to office. And this is very evident among the Gen Zers.
No, they aren’t pairing off blazers with pajamas bottoms. It’s something more chic than that. More like a sharp-looking business top and shorts. For the guys, they’re bringing the hoodie fashion into the office. While some senior executives would most certainly frown on that type of fashion sense, I must highlight that we have on hand a very special and delicate situation – that is companies desperately need office workers and staff, and they are doing all that they can to retain and attract staff.
A few are even embarking on aggressive return-to-workforce programs in order to attract even more people back into the workforce and into their companies. With this, I guess that those senior executives have no choice but to keep quite for a while and see how things develop.
On a very serious note, how will things really develop? How will the corporate fashion evolve from this? What can we expect to see? All these are very exciting new grounds which all of us at The Business Global would love to witness in the near future too!
